On February 16, 2020 a server upgrade was made.
Most customers were not affected by this change, however, if you are able to receive email, but not able to send email, you need to update your email client (Outlook, MacMail, Thunderbird, etc.) to the proper SMTP or Outgoing mail port.
In order to do so, please follow these instructions:
- Access your account settings within your email client
- Find your outgoing mail settings
- Change the Port Number to 2525
- Save the changes
